Time flies when…

Sunday, December 19th, 2010

It’s been a while since our merry band of migrant workers last checked in, and what a long strange trip it’s been.  Arrived safe and sound in Texas after a fun filled six days on the road broken up by Thanksgiving down on Grandpa’s farm.  Ice, snow, below zero cold, digestive ailments, Uhaul trailer making wierd noises were some of the highlights.

After some settling in time, Jonah decided to give us some 1st hand appreciation of US health care with a 3-day stay in the hospital for asthma like problems.  He came home a week ago and is doing fine.

We recreated the Christmas pic from last year (so 2009 I know), same park even.  We should have took one with a yard stick because all three are growing like weeds.

Logan’s happy to be outside without 14 layers of clothes although he misses the snow – a little

Isaac agrees

Jonah (can you believe he’s almost two) working out his duck chasing strategy.

Had to throw Jonah up on his favorite perch for a better view of the ducks.

Knock on wood everyone is healthy and happy, we’re working hard to keep it that way.  Thanks to all for calls & notes & thoughts & prayers.
